Grant’s transformation was dramatic considering these photographs were taken two-weeks apart. Grant had grown soft after an extended period away from the gym, but after just 10 workouts using my system you can see he dropped a significant amount of bodyfat. He also added muscle mass, because he actually weighs more in the photograph on the right which means he added muscle while decreasing bodyfat.

Erika always “exercised” and stayed fit. But despite spending countless hours in the gym, she rarely saw any measured progress. Luke was in decent shape when he signed on for the program, but he felt he was becoming “skinny fat.” In just 4 short months, after running the program twice, Luke added a whopping 9 (nine) pounds of pure muscle while simultaneously shedding body fat. Luke’s results are a classic example of body recomposition!

Rahnee is in her early 40’s, is the mother of two children, has a full-time career and spends free time volunteering at various church functions. She could not spend hours upon hours in the gym, so I needed to develop an effective but efficient training plan. She wanted to get into the best physical condition of her life. But, she was already in really good shape and has worked out consistently for decades, so I knew that making significant body composition improvements at this stage would be a challenge. I constructed a progressive overload program that consisted of 3 one-hour sessions per week. Rahnee started working with me in November 2021 and through her discipline and commitment she never missed a scheduled workout. Her results have been dramatic! By March 2022, her bodyfat percentage dropped from the teens, to a sustainable 10%. She gained muscle in the areas she was targeting: deltoids, biceps and upper back, but most importantly obtained her goal of being in the best physical condition of her life.
