Rahnee is in her early 40’s, is the mother of two children, has a full-time career and spends free time volunteering at various church functions. She could not spend hours upon hours in the gym, so I needed to develop an effective but efficient training plan. She wanted to get into the best physical condition of her life. But, she was already in really good shape and has worked out consistently for decades, so I knew that making significant body composition improvements at this stage would be a challenge. I constructed a progressive overload program that consisted of 3 one-hour sessions per week. Rahnee started working with me in November 2021 and through her discipline and commitment she never missed a scheduled workout. Her results have been dramatic! By March 2022, her bodyfat percentage dropped from the teens, to a sustainable 10%. She gained muscle in the areas she was targeting: deltoids, biceps and upper back, but most importantly obtained her goal of being in the best physical condition of her life.
