Of course, there will be ancillary benefits such as increased cardiovascular conditioning, an increase in strength, improved endurance etc. But, the crux of this system is designed to create cosmetic improvements in your physique. There is a saying that the dog who chases too many rabbits will not catch any. Simply put, when you are chasing too many goals you are not likely to attain any of them. In our case, we have one specific goal and we will strive to achieve it as quickly as possible.
